Daylight Saving Opposed.—Cambridge Co-operative Dairy Company directors yesterday resolved to protest to the Government against the operation of the Daylight Saving Act on the ground that it would prove detrimental to the quality of produce and entail hardship on the farmers and their wives. The meeting expressed the opinion that the operations of the company should not be altered to meet the new time and suppliers and the company will adhere to standard time.
