FOUR CHANGE HANDS There has been some activity in hotel transfers recently, and Mr. A. W. Whitehead. broker and valuer, of Union Buildings, notifies handling the following business: Mr. E. G. Hallett has disposed of his interest in the Aurora Hotel, Victoria Street West, tr* Mr. S. Keogh, late of Queen’s Fc t\v tJotel. Mr. 3?\ Ouvr. the Foresters’ Arms Hotel, i ; v ad, has sold to Mr. Tito uvs . . o, late of the Prince Albe 'LO or hunga. Mr. . . ie, late of Greytown, has tak».i c»* the Talisman Hotel, Katikati, lrc.i Mr. Alf. Peters. Mr. J. P. Mahoney’s interest in the Rob Roy Hotel, Freeman’s Bay, has been acquired by Mr. C. A. Pelley, of Hamilton, and Mr. Mahoney has taken over the freehold of the Te Puke Hotel, Bay of Plenty.
