EAST TAMAKI FACTORY

INCREASED PRODUCTION The East Tamaki Co-operative Dairy Company will pay out the total of £5,349 16s. Id on October 20 for butterfat received at their factory at East Tamaki for the month ending September 30. This represents the very satisfactory figure of Is 7d for finest to the ordinary supplier, and Is 7£d to the suppliers with fully paid-up shares. The total amount of butter made was 80,666 pounds, all graded finest, representing an increase of 13.65 per cent, over September, 1926. The largest quantity made in any one day was 73 boxes, which very nearly represents two tons. This is a record make for the factory. The directors are in the happy position (A having sold the output of the factory up to March 31, 1928.
