CONVICTED WHEN SEVEN
YOUNG MAN’S 20 YEARS OF CRIME THREE MONTHS’ GAOL THOMAS MARSHBANKS, aged “*■ 27, began a varied criminal career 20 years ago. For his latest offence he was sentenced to three months’ imprisonment at the Police Court to-day. He pleaded guilty to a charge of staling lead valued at £3, and a copper boiler valued at £l. Chief-Detective Cummings said he had a long list, which began in 1907, jind he had been in gaol frequently.
