SAMOA COMMISSION.—The sitting of the Royal Commission on Samoa yesterday was wholly occupied by hearing the evidence of Samoan witnesses who alleged various derelictions of duty by the Faipule. They admitted that the members of the Mail had not to pay taxes to the AdminiftxaGon this year.—*4, and N.Z.
