A rallllon-dollar Henry Ford industrial company of Brazil will be incorporated here on October 13. Tho articles of incorporation indi cate thar. the company intends to plant, refine, manufacture and trade in rubber. Tha company holds concessions of nearly 4,000,000 acres of the Ts.pajo River land. Mr. Henry Ford’s officials have investigated the conditions for two years. They plan to take charge of the work immediately.—A. and N.Z.
