FORTUNE-TELLING CHARGE

WOMAN BEFORE COURT When a police matron called on Kate Coglilan, of 3 Hopetoun Street, Newton, she was told things about the future. The .result was that she was charged at the Police Court yesterday with fortune-telling. Mr.' J. J. Sullivan, who appeared for her, said there had been a death in defendant’s family, and he therefore asked Cor an adjournment. The case will, be reopened on October 18.
