“SOMEWHERE IN AUSTRALIA” LEAVES .ZI.C ' DEBTS Q*AID to be “somewhere in Australia,” Richard John Hadden, a bankrupt shingle contractor of Waiaro, Coromandel Peninsula, has left his creditors lamenting debts amounting to £1,312. Various assets left behind totalled £270. About £BS of these consisted of machinery, now Ij'ing on the beach at Waiaro. A meeting of creditors was called this morning by the official assignee, Mr. G. N. Morris, to consider the disposal of the assets. After a short discussion as to the practicability of bringing the plant to Auckland, a committee previously set up to advise the assignee was reappointed. The meeting then adjourned.
