BOXING IN ENGLAND
LIMITING TITLE BOUTS By Cable.—Press Association. — Copyright LONDON, Tuesday. The boxing correspondent of the “Daily Mail” says the National Sporting Club has decided to limit title contests to 15 rounds, instead of 20 as in* the past. . He says this action will be welcomed by British boxers, who have long been handicapped by foreign opponents, particularly Americans, being trained for 12 to 15 rounds. The public will benefit by seeing better and brighter boxing:.—Sun.
