ROADWORK IN QUEEN STREET
Traffic in Queen Street is bad enough on Saturday mornings, yet the City Council seems to have the unfortunate habit of wanting to repair the neuchatel asphalt only at that time. Several Saturday mornings recently the congestion has become worse through gangs of repair men working with their coke fires and long-handled irons Not that one objects to attention to Queen Street—it needs the work—but why not at less busy times?
