HEAVY FINE IMPOSED LICENCE SUSPENDED Press Association. WELLINGTON, To-day. For being intoxicated while in charge of a motor-cycle and sidecar on Lambton Quay late yesterday afternoon, Sidney Mark Maskell, aged 24, was today fined £2O by Mr. J. H. Salmon, S.M., and his licence was suspended for 12 months.
