RESUMPTION OF WORK (From Our Own Correspondent) HUNTLY, To-day. Contracts have been let, and work will probably be resumed at the above collieries next Monday. This will absorb a. fair proportion of the unemployed n these parts, and no doubt a number of the old workers, who lost their billets when the former contractors failed to meet their liabilities, will again obtain employment.
