FAREWELL PARTY

Mr. and Mrs. Ted Hayes, who with their son Malcolm left by the Ulinmroa for Sydney, where Mr. Hayes has business engagements, were tendered a farewell social at their parents’ home on Wednesday last. A very enjoyable evening was spent, and several presentations made to the guests of honour. A miscellaneous musical programme was contributed by Misses R. Sullivan, Josie Thomas, Annie Brett and Messrs. John E. Cullen, Alf. Bromwell and Pete Millar.
