OPEN ON OCTOBER 25 ELEVEN CASES FOR HEARING The final quarterly criminal sessions of the Supreme Court will open on Tuesday morning, October 25, before Mr. Justice Stringer and Mr. Justice Herdman. Thomas McWhirter Muir, indecent assault, Helensville. Thomas John Davies, indecent assault on males (four charges), Tauranga. Charles McKinnon, theft as servant and furnishing false return,, Kaitaia. Alfred Louis Hastedt, negligent driving causing death. Auckland.
