From thje deck of the Aorangi Mr. Sidney W. Philips gaited with wonder at at the waterfront. "How it has grown,” he remarked. Mr. PMlips is in business in Australia, and has been visiting England in connection with the linoleum industry. His father, in addition to being the second Mayor of | | this city, was for 25 years | | town, clerk.
