ACCEPTANCES POSTED HIGH-CLASS COMPETITORS The acceptances received by secretary Mabee for the Auckland fixture, which opens on Saturday, October 15, are highly satisfactory, and a further tribute to the efficient work of handicapper George Paul. The liberal response from owners also testifies to the enterprise and popularity of the club. With such an excellent card, lovers of the light-har-ness sport in this province can look forward to a series of thrills during the spring fixture.
