COASTAL MOVEMENTS— The Waimea sailed from Napier at 9 p.m. yesterday for Auckland and is due here to-morrow. She leaves Auckland at 4 p.m. on Tuesday on her return trip to Gisborne and Napier. The Kaitangata has been fixed to load at Greymouth on Monday for Auckland and should arrive here next Friday. The Kaimanawa sails from Auckland at 5 p.m. to-day for Westport, where she loads on Tuesday for New Plymouth and The Kanna is loading at Greymouth next Thursday for Auckland and should arrive here during the following weekend. The Waipori, which arrived at Auckland last evening from Lyttelton, sails on Monday for Westport, where she loads for Southern ports. The Kamona, which has been barbound at Greymouth, was to leave there last evening for Auckland, calling at Westport to complete, and is due here about Thursday next. The Waipiata, from Dunedin and Oamaru, leaves Timaru to-day for Wellington and Auckland. She is due here next Wednesday, and after discharge, leaves about Saturday next for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, Oamaru and Timaru.
The Kaituna leaves Lyttelton this afternoon for Auckland direct, where she is due about Tuesday next.
The Gunbar leaves Gisborne to-night for Auckland and arrives here on Monday. She loads on Monday and Tuesday and sails at 10 p.m. on Tuesday for bays, Gisborne and Napier. The West Conob, in continuation of her voyage from Pacific Coast ports, left Auckland this morning for Melbourne, Sydney, Port Moresby and Hong-Kong. The Persian Prince is expected to clear Westport to-night for Cairns to load for Home. The Pacific Transport sails from here on Tuesday for Westport for bunkers, thence Nauru Island to load. The Gisborne Sheepfarmers’ steamer Tiroa is expected to arrive at Auckland during the week-end from the East Coast. She loads on Monday and Tuesday, and sails at noon on Tuesday for Hicks Bay and Gisborne. The Coronation is scheduled to leave Auckland this afternoon for Awanui North. The Portland, arriving to-morrow from the coast, sails again on Monday on the return trip. The Richardson steamer Awahou is due from the East Coast to-morrow evening. She loads on Monday and Tuesday, and sails at 5 p.m. on Tuesday for Tokomaru Bay, .Tolaga Bay, and Gisborne.
The Mako is expected to arrive from the coast about the middle of next week to load for East Coast bays, Napier, and Wairoa. The Hauiti, leaving early this afternoon for Waiheke, returns again tomorrow evening. The Paroto is scheduled to sail at noon to-day for Awanui and Waipapakauri. The Rangitoto, which was to arrive from Thames at ten o'clock this morning, sails again at 1 p.m. on Monday on the return trip. The Omana leaves at 8.45 a.m. tomorrow on a special trip to Surfdale, Ostend, and Omiha, returning again the same evening. The Taniwha, sailing at 9 p.m. tomorrow for Paeroa, returns again on Tuesday morning. The Claymore, sailing at 7.30 p.m. tomorrow for Whangarei, returns again early on Tuesday morning. The Matangi, arriving from Tauranga at 7 a.m. to-morrow, sails again at 7 p.m. on Monday on the return trip. The Otimai sails at noon on Tuesday for Kutarere and Opotiki. The Motu leaves at 11 a.m. on Tuesdav for Whakatane. The Atholl is due at Wellington to-day from Auckland and leaves on Tuesday for Lyttelton, Dunedin and Wanganui to complete her discharge. The Kent is due at New Plymouth tomorrow from Port Chalmers to complete her discharge and to commence loading for her return voyage.
The Somerset sails from Bluff to-day for Australian ports to load for Home.
The Pakeha arrived at Timaru yesterday from Waneanui and sails on Tuesday for Lyttelton, Port Chalmers, Bluff and Wellington to complete her loading for Home.
