BATHS TO BE READY FOR LABOUR DAY
CONCRETING AT PARNELL TT is hoped to start concreting at Parnell Baths on Monday, and every effort will be made to have the work finished in time for opening on Labour Day. The material and plant are to be taken to the scene of operations on a. barge. The men who have been engaged ill cleaning operations have completed their work. So far nothing has been done in connection with the lighting it was proposed to put in at Shelly Beach Baths, to enable night swimming there this season.
