A VAGRANT LAD
(From. Our Own Correspondent) WHANGARTEI, To-day. A boy aged 15, whose parents reside in Whangarei, was taken in charge by the police last evening. A fortnight ago the lad converted a bicycle to his own use and rode to Onerahi and WaiIt is alleged that' he has been living in several of the summer huts at these places, subsisting on what he found.
