ARREST IN HAMILTON fTHE disappearance of a mailbag ■*" from the Frankton station hac its sequel this morning, when the Hamilton police effected an arrest The man arrested is Harold William Melville Taylor, a resi dent of Hamilton, who is charged with the theft of the missing mail bag, which disappeared about a fortnight ago.
