BREACH OF REGULATIONS Press Association. BLENHEIM, Thursday. The Waitohi Dairy Factory Co. was charged with selling to Messrs. Connolly and Co. butter containing a greater portion of added water than was permitted under the regulations, and fined 10s and costs, 21s 6d.. Messrs. Connolly and Co. were charged with selling the butter to a department inspector and ordered to pay costs, 10s. The magistrate remarked that the offence was not a serious one, and no attempt was made to evade the regulations.
