OTAHUHU BUFFALOES

FAREWELL TO BRO. SINCLAIR A large number of the brethren of the Otahuhu Buffalo Lodge, No. 10, N.Z.G.C., gathered to bid farewell to Bro. Harold N. Sinclair, C.P.K.0.M., on Monday night. Primo of the lodge, Bro. G. VV. Turcich, C.P., in a few happy remarks, said that the members of the lodge were very sorry to lose their guest, who will shortly depart for Australia. Bro. On behalf of the officers and brethren he handed the guest a, very handsome token of the high esteem 5 * which he is held by his fellow brethren, and also in recognition of the services he had rendered the order. Various speakers endorsed the chairman’s remarks, eulogising the good work of the departing brother. Speakers included Primo .T. Lord, Primo H. B. Moverley, Bro. J. Hebden, Bro. F. Jeffries and Bro. W. Griffin. During the function an excellent supper was served, after which the following contributed musical and instrumental items: Primo J. Patterson, Bro. W. Cc-oper, Bro. W. Griffin, Bro. Ft. Barry. Bro. Sid Johnson, Primo M. Lundon, Primo H. B. Moverley. The accompaniments were played by Bro. W. D. Turner.
