TWO SUITS STOLEN FROM TAILOR’S SHOP
DOMINION RD. BURGLARY A DARING theft was made from a tailor’s shop in the Greet North Road last night. Thieves broke the skylight above the front door of Mr. Hugh MeShean’s shop and entered without opening the door. Two suits were stolon from the j stock. They had been made for cusj tomers and Mr. McShean will have to make good the loss. It is quite evident that two thieves must have made the break, and that one stood on the other's shoulders to reach the skylight and break it. There are marks of hands cn the glass and on the woodwork. Last week an attempt was made to break into a tobacconist’s shop* next door owned by Mr. Douglas Allcock, but this was given up after some marks had been made on the door. Last March Mr. Allcock’s shop was entered and £4O woith of tobacco was stolen.
