‘‘Philosophy of Life." —The usual luncheon of the Auckland Advertising Club to-day was well attended, Mr. A. Eady presiding. The speaker of the day was I>r. P\ A. Lindsay, who chose as his subject, “A Simple Philosophy of Life.” He gave a thoroughly enjoyable address, expounding the theory that the happiness of life depended less upon wliat befell us than upon the way in which it was takei*.
