TE AWAMUTU A. AND P. SOCIETY

OFFICIALS FOR SHOW The president, Mr. S. C. Macky, presided at a meeting of the Te Awarautu A. P. and H. Association’s executive. There were also present: Messrs. T. S. Davis, E. G. Humphrey, W. J. Melville. G. Reynolds, V. Pollard, H. T. Hodgson, W. G. Macky, Geo. Hall, S. German, W. Walker, F. J. Ryburn, G. S. Clarke, S. A. Empson, H. Mandeno, H. Allan, C. Parker and the secretary. Mr. J. G. Wynyard. The following committees in connection with the forthcoming show were appointed: Horses: Messrs. S. A. Empson, W. O. Park and W Walker. Cattle: Messrs. F. J. Ryburn, G. Hall, H. T. Hodgson and V. Pollard. Horticulture: Messrs. T. S. Davis and G. Reynolds. Sheep: Mr. E. G. Humphrey. In connection with the Schools’ Bit ner competition, that proved so popular at last show, the following rules were adopted:—-The banner to be held for one year, and be competed for annually at the association’s show.
