Time, 2min. 54 l-ssec. At the international swimming sports the 100 metres race, free style, resulted as follows:—Lanser, America, 1; E. Crabbe, 2; Guer, 3. Time, 61sec. 'The 400 metres race, free style, resulted: —C. Crabbe, 1; Clavey, 2; Mizuro, 3. Time, smin. 7 2-ssee. The 100 metres back stroke resulted: — Lanser, 1; lrie, 2; Komemaka, 3. Time, lmin. 15 3-ssec.—A. and N.Z.
