Fearnley presided over an attendance of over 30 members. The rules and regulations which were submitted to the meeting by the committee, were adopted, and it was unanimously decided to register the club and rules. The membership of the club is reported to be 98 active members, while the credit balance totals £54. The sum of £l4 has been distributed to members in distress in the Otahuhu district, in addition to which the club has donated the sum of £lO to the Auckland Returned Soldiers' Association, in recognition of the good services rendered their club by that body. A vote of condolence was carried in the usual manner to Mr. W. Wells, who has suffered a sad bereavement. At the conclusion of the business, light refreshments were partaken of.
