CHARMING WEDDING AT ST. ANDREW’S

FROST—DAY St. Andrew’s Church was the scene this afternoon of a pretty wedding', when Elizabeth Emily Florence, the only daughter of Mrs. Day and the late Mr. G. Day, of Auckland, formerly of -Melbourne, became the bride of Archibald William, the second son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Kent Frost, of Oxford, England. The bride wore a charming frock of silver lace over ivory crepe de chine, fashioned on simple lines with longbishop sleeves of filmy georgette. An exquisite veil of Honiton lace, 163 years old, was lent the bride by Mrs. Wilcox, an intimate friend, ,and, falling from a chaplet of orange blossoms, it lent an attractive finish to her dainty toilette. She carried a beautiful shower bouquet of white flowers. Miss Betty Wheatley, of Korthcote, attended as bridesmaid, w*earing an at - tractive frock of eau de nil crepe de chine with a deep collar and cuffs o 1: champagne georgette. She wore a crinoline hat and carried a daintybouquet to tone. Dorothy Newman, as flower girl, wore a sweetly pretty frock of wistaria mauve silk voile, daintily trimmed with silver and a quaint little Dutch bonnet, of silver lace. She carried a fragrant basket of primroses. The bridegroom was attended by Mr. William Lewis as best man. After the ceremony a reception was held at St. Benedict’s Clubroom, where a large number of guests were received by the bride’s mother, who wore a becoming gown of ash rose crepe de chine with a hat to tone and a handsome fur wrap. Mr. and Mrs. Frost left later by car for their honeymoon. The bride’s travelling costume was of mulberry crepe de chine, with a hat and coat to tone.
