ASSOCIATION FORMED The Birkenhead Ratepayers and Residents’ Association was formed at a largely attended meeting on Monday evening. The purpose of the association is to work for the advancement o the borough. _ . , The officers were elected as ioilows:—President, Mr. E. C. Walton, vice-presidents, Messrs.
