NOMINATIONS FOR COUNCIL (From. Our Own Correspondent) OPOTIKI, To-day. .Nominations to fill the vacancy on the Opotiki County Council caused through the resignation of Mr. J. T. Donaldson, closed at noon on Saturday. Mr. G. F. Joblin and Mr. C. Shove were nominated. The election will be held on September 28.
