THEFT ALLEGED
YOUNG CLERK CHARGED Thomas Vining Gallagher, aged 22, a clerk in the Mercantile and General Insurance Company, appeared at the Police Court to-day charged with theft. He was charged with stealing £B, but Chief-Detective Cummings said that other charges were pending, and the total deficiency was expected to be £IOO. Gallagher was remanded to appear on Thursday.
