WOMEN TRY "CONCLUSIONS The following are the results of an inter-club match played between the Waiuku and Otahuhu Ladies’ Golf Clubs on Thursday on the Otahuhu links, Waiuku names being mentioned first: Miss Neil lost to Miss Cutforth, 4 and 3; Mrs. Forbes lost to Miss Darrick. 5 and 4; Miss U. Muir and Mrs. Hipkins, all square: Miss Aldred beat Mrs. McNuly, 4 and 2; Miss B. Muir lost to Miss Percy, 9 and 7; Mrs. Harkness lost to Miss Melsop, 6 and 5; Miss Arkle lost to Mrs. Menzies, 7 and 6; Miss Barnaby lost to Miss Whyte, 6 and 5.
