The selection of books ranges over 5,000 volumes, and 400 new books have been added to the library in the last Ifew months. Overseas publications are kept in a comlortable reading room, which always bears a neat and orderly appearance. This room, which is available to the' general public, costs £&OQ yearly to maintain.
