A picture of a block of shops near Valle3r Road, Dominion Road, was published last week, and this photograph shows another structure recently completed in the same locality. It comprises shops and a garage, and is a further indication that Dominion Road is booming in the building line. The new structure was designed and built by Mr. H. C. Nicholls. There are two shops and a showroom for the garage to which entrance is gained through the centre of the shops. The garage is 102ft. by 60ft., and will hold 60 cars. The structure is of brick and concrete, and accommodation for six offices is provided on the first floor. The shops and offices are appointed in the most modern style, and with every care to detail.
