DRURY-BOMBAY CHARGE
MINISTER ACCEPTS CALL At last evening’s meeting of the Auckland Presbytery, the Rev. John Hubbard, M.A., 8.D., accepted a call to the Drury-Bombay parish. Mr. Hubbard has been stationed there on trial for the last 2i years, since Drury and Bombay were separated from the Papakura charge. The Rev. D. C. Herron, in moving that the Presbytery support the cau, stated that Mr. Hubbard had ccn® great work. Under his guidance tnis new charge had become entirely sclxsupporting in a very short time. Mr. Herron’s remarks were borne out by Messrs. Robinson. Ingram f*® Brookes, elders in the Drury-Bo* l3 charge. Mr. Hubbard intimated that he woaM accept the call. Mr. Hubbard is one of the Dominion s most brilliant scholars. /When - graduated Bachelor of Divinity so three years ago he was the young B.D. in Australia and New Zealand.
