NAPIER HARBOUR INQUIRY

50 WITNESSES HEARD Press Association. NAPIER, Tuesday. The Royal Commission which is inquiring into the Napier Harbour affairs to-day concluded the hearing of evidence from about 50 witnesses, which has extended over a period of five weeks. Counsel will be heard in Wellington next Tuesday. The commission consists of Messrs. A. S. Barton, S.M., Wanganui; A. C. Mackenzie, engineer, Melbourne; and J. B. Waters, merchant. Dunedin.
