TABLE TENNIS TOURNAMENT

Owing to the success of the previous progressive handicap tournament, the committee has decided to have another one on Wednesday night, September 21, at the Y.M.C.A.

One game only is to be played against, each opponent, but if time permits the best of three sets may be played in the semi-finals and final. This time play will be divided into sections, and the winner of each section will play off for the final. Players art* asked to be ready to make an early start. It would b e nice to see more lady entrants this time, as the ladies' entries have in the past been rather poor. The Y.M.C.A. is popular for pingpong tournaments, as there is plenty of seating accommodation for spectators, and all interested are cordially invited to attend.
