OTOROHAMGA FIRE

SLAUGHTERHOUSE DESTROYED (From Our Own Correspondent) OTOROHANGA, To-day. The outside building at Messrs. Cullen and Co.’s slaughtering yards was totally destroyed by fire yesterday morning. The fire appeared to break out at two places at once. A i:arge number of hides were saved' but many tools were destroyed. The building was valued at £SO, and the cause of the outbreak is a mysterjr, the man in charge saying that there had been no fire in the copper since Friday. The building is outside the town district and the brigade was not called out.
