TWO ADDITIONAL COURTS The annual rr.ieeting of the Mauku Tennis Club was held on Tuesday evening, Mr. J. P. Davies presiding. The balance sheet revealed a credit balance of £3O 3s and assets are £IBB 15s in excess of liabilities. Officers elected were: President, Mr. J* F - Davies; vice-president, Mr. H. Swinburn; secretary, Mr. C. A. Care; executive, Messrs. C. Pulton, G. Willis’, Ta. Knight, J. Franklin, Mesdames Swinbourn, Cutfield and Garvie; Entertainment Committee, Messrs. L. Clark, G. Willis, ,J. Franklin, K. Holder! Mesdames Garvie, Cutfield, Misses P. Lingan, M. Rawlings and N. Holder; Grounds Committee, Messrs. L. Knight, C. Willis and It. Hogwood; delegate to Franklin Association, Mr. H. M. Crispe.

It was decided to proceed with the laying-out of two additional courts at an early date.
