BLACK BOW TIES FOR LEAGUE FOOTBALLERS?

The suggestion that members of the Canterbury senior Rugby League team be asked to wear dark suits and black bow ties at the dinner to be tendered to the Auckland representative team after the match at Monica Park next Saturday created considerable discussion at a meeting of the Canterbury Rugby League last night. It was finally decided to take no action in the matter.
