BRAKES SUDDENLY APPLIED YOUNG WOMAN INJURED (From Our Oton Correspondent.) HAMILTON, To-day. Suffering from concussion and abra sions to the body Miss Elaine Wills aged 23 years, of Hague Street. Frankton, was admitted to Waikato Hospital last night. Her injuries were received in a motor accident near Ohinewai on Sunday. Mr. W. O’Kane, of Hamilton, was about to pass another car when he realised that there was a corner to turn, and that if he continued he would crash into the other car. He applied his brakes suddenly and his car skidded, hitting a bank on the right of the road and capsizing. The occupants had a narrow escape from serious injury, though it was a; first thought that the girl was gravely hurt.
