YACHT CAPSIZES

CREW OF THREE RESCUED Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, To-day. When a yacht capsized in the Sumner estuary about mid-day yesterday, the crew of three had an unpleasant experience. Mr. E. G. Allen, of Sumner, realising the serious nature of the accident, swam out and brought one of the crew, S. T. Taylor, ashore in a very exhausted state. T. Collins, who could not swim and whom Taylor had been supporting in the meantime, was assisted ashore by a third member of the party, D. Broad.
