SPEED REGULATION

VALIDITY OF BY-LAW CLAIMED TO BE UNREASONABLE (From Our Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, Friday. The Waipa County Council recently passed a by-law regulating the speed of vehicles on the Hamilton-Ohaupo road to not more than 25 miles an hour.

This by-law will be challenged in Court shortly as unreasonable.
