The Arbitration Court has granted the application to be registered as an j industrial union of employers made by the New South Wales Newspaper Proprietors’ Association. This consists of the Sun Newspapers, Limited; Truth and The Sportsman, Limited; Smith’s Newspapers, Limited: The Sunday Times, Limited; and the Daily Telegraph Newspapers, Limited. The objects of the association were stated (inter alia) as follow: —To promote and safeguard the interests of its members in carrying on the business of newspaper proprietors, and to secure to its members the benefits of the Industrial Arbitration Act. —A. and N.Z.
