London Tallow Market.—Under date August 31 the London office of Dalgety and Company, Ltd., cabled as follows: Of the I,SOO casks of tallow offered, practically all was sold. Mutton, fine, made 3s a ert; mixed and/or beef, good colour, 355; inferior, 31s 6d.
