ONEHUNGA DESTRUCTOR
TENDER ACCEPTED At last evening’s meeting of the Onehunga Borough Council, consideration was given to the following tenders for the erection of a destructor: —Messrs. Forrest and Marshall, £2,250; A. D. Riley and Co., £2,602; Wright and Salmon, £1,960; and J. Mclntyre, £1,680. Mr. Mclntyre’s tender was accepted. It was reported that the roadway to the destructor site had been completed, and a retaining wall built on the west side.
