“THE KID BROTHER”

HAROLD LLOYD’S LATEST Following close upon the heels of his previous success, “For Heaven’s Sake,” Harold Lloyd will be seen next week in Auckland in his

latest Paramount comedy, “The Kid Brother.” Lloyd has been hailed anew as the living disproof of the time- worn phrase in motion pictures, “You can’t make them all good.” Since he first began making multiple reel comedies years or so ago, Lloyd

eight years or so ago, Lloyd has the unsurpassed record of never having made a “flop.” Now he is coming to the front again in another brilliant effort, “The Kid Brother,” which has been declared by critics who have seen it in preview as setting a new standard, even for Lloyd pictures. It has the tone of “Grandma’s Boy” with its setting in a mountain community and conveys the distinctively human and sympathetic touch throughout the riotously humorous situations which are developed from the beginnig to the final fade-out.
