MITCHELL FOUND GUILTY
VERDICT AT RETRIAL (.Special to THE SUN.) CHRISTCHURCH, Monday. Robert Grant Bastion, Harry Allen Fellingham, and Walter James Alexander Mitchell, who were charged with using an instrument for an unlawful purpose, appeared to-day before Air. Justice Adams for re-trial. There were two charges. Mitchell was concerned in both, and Bastion and Fellingham in one each. After a retirement of three hours the jury returned with a verdict of guilty on both charges against Mitchell. Bastion and Fellingham were found not guilty. Mitchell was remanded until to-morrow for sentence.
