AVONDALE TO BE FREED When Inspector Chandler, of the Avondale Borough Council, gets on the trail of people in the course of official duties, they invariably have to sit up and take notice. Just at the present time he is directing his attention to those liable under the Noxious Weeds Act. As a result, more than one resident was noticed yesterday clearing gorse. Other residents would do well to heed this timely warning.
