THREE YOUTHS SENTENCED FIVE YEARS AT BORSTAL Press Association. NAPIER. To-day. John Clarence Fallom. Winston Joseph Reilly and Herbert James McLeod, all in their ’teens, were each sentenced to five years at the Borstal Institute by Mr. Justice Ostler, in the Supreme Court this morning, on several charges of breaking, entering, theft and mischief. His Honour observed that hard work would be the saving of the youths who would gain nothing by robbery.
